Description
This rotary shaft seal has an internal diameter of 35 mm, an external diameter of 62 mm and a 12 mm width. It is used to seal rotating machine components.
This seal consists of an NBR part with an external reinforcement plate and a worm spring made of spring steel. The plate is pressed in slightly during installation. To ensure a seal at the outer casing, tighter tolerances of the hole in the housing are required. Suitable for running speed of up to 14 m/s.
Pros:
- Suitable for temperatures from -30 to 100°C (-22 to 212°F)
- Provided with a dust lip for protection from dirt and corrosion
